This is a great opportunity for an ad operations professional to join a dynamic advertising team in Richmond, West London with an exciting roadmap including DMP, Native and Programmatic. Working within the ad operations team, you will play a key role in supporting growth through the prioritization, implementation and management of our advertising campaigns as well as taking parts in initiatives aiming at improving our products and services.

Your responsibilities include the following:

• Provide expert advice, support and consultancy to the sales / product team and clients to achieve campaign success.

• Collaborate with Sales to ensure our proposals meet client objectives.

• Build, use and share knowledge regarding availability of inventory and product capabilities.

• Traffic all campaign assets including rich media, HTML and JavaScript.

• Proactively communicate to Sales and Clients campaign status and any potential issues.

• Actively monitor and optimize campaigns for both CPM & CPC bookings.

• Generate weekly under-delivery reports to ensure full delivery

• Run post/weekly campaign reports.

• Work closely with Finance to ensure that revenue is recognized

• Collaborate with the technology team to manage GPT Tagging and ensure ad-serving is fully effective and functional.

• Carry-out testing of new features, products or advertising technologies liaising with internal and external technical teams.

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

• Minimum of 6 months of Ad-serving campaign management experience (preferably DFP Premium)

• Strong analytical skills including Excel and Tableau

• Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript

• Experienced technical problem-solver and trouble-shooter
